In the moisture-laden environments of poultry, meat and seafood processing, the AQ-7M is the most durable strapping machine available. All the parts on the AQ-7M are made of stainless steel or water-resistant materials. The bottom of the cabinet is reinforced to provide extra protection where moisture exposure is greatest. An internal heat lamp assists in evaporating whatever moisture accumulates inside the machine. The sealing head is side mounted to protect it from moisture and residue. The AQ-7M can strap boxes as small as 80mm or 3 1/8″ high. The roller table height is adjustable and can be removed to fit the AQ-7M into an existing conveyor system. Tension arm system on the AQ-7M assures positive and accurate tensioning of damp strapping. Available in fully automatic configurations.

Body panels and parts made of stain­less steel and other water proof parts make the AQ-7M the ideal machine for harsh environments.

The bottom of the cabinet is rein­forced to provide extra protection where moisture exposure is greatest. The cabinet is fully enclosed to pro­tect the components from water and wash-down spray.

An internal heat lamp assists in evapo­rating whatever moisture accumulates inside the machine.

The sealing head is side mounted to protect it from moisture and residue. The roller table height is adjustable and can be removed to fit the AQ-7M into an existing conveyor system. Tension on the AQ-7M is applied with a gripper and tension arm. This as­sures positive and accurate tension­ing of damp strapping.

Fully Automatic Machine with Stainless Steel Body

The RQ-8MP boasts all of the advanced features of the RQ-8 such as strap self­loading, refeed and loop ejection, but adds an attractive and practical stainless steel body.

The fully enclosed stainless steel cabi­net protects the components from water and wash-down spray. The bottom of the cabinet is reinforced to provide extra protection where moisture exposure is greatest. The dispenser can be raised to keep the strap dry.

The RQ-8MP can be built in most of the configurations available in the RQ-8 series. It brings the speed and per­formance of the RQ-8 into the poultry and meat processing industry.

Economy Automatic Machine with Stainless Steel Body

The JK-5SUS is ideal for low volume applications in food and medical industries where sanitation and minor moisture exposure is a concern. The JK-5SUS is a bottom seal model with a stainless steel body.

■ Critical sealing head components like the cutter or slide table are composed of stainless steel in order to with­stand water exposure. The bottom of the body cabinet is reinforced and shielded to provide extra protection where moisture exposure is greatest. All external screws and fasteners are stainless steel and the sealing motor is covered for additional protection from water exposure.
